How the simulation is done
nWaku version: v0.35.0-rc.0
Task: vac:dst:waku:2025q1-waku-evaluation
Summary:
- Reset bandwidth plots with respect to previous versions, as was starting to get very convoluted. New versions will be still added, leading to more consistent plots as the lab is more stable.
- Libp2p consumption is stable and with similar numbers than other versions.
- Taking in account all experiments in part 1, there is one specific message in one specific node that is missing.
- This is being investigated to discard if it can be a lab artifact.
- This is being investigated to check if it has relation with message latencies.
- Related DST task:
vac:dst:waku:2025q1-waku-evaluation:message-latency
- This was also present in version v0.34.
- Message latencies vary up to couple of seconds.
- This is being investigated to discard if it can be a lab artifact.
