[x] Define a lightweight framework for contributor interviews, including guiding questions and tags aligned with different narrative areas

[x] Arrange and conduct interviews with open-source contributors, then amplify them via podcast and social channels
[x] Process the content through the framework to identify patterns and insights
[x] Research in public, report in public—as soon as we have something, we’ll share it in various formats and channels, both internally and externally
