  • each node is randomly connected to 10 other nodes

• Every node has artificial latency with

  tc qdisc add dev eth0 root netem delay 100ms 30ms distribution normal
  

Hypothesis:

1. All messages are received by all nodes ✅

2. All messages are first seen in exit nodes ❌
